What Is A Silent Appointment?

"Silent" appointments are free from small talk. Once we have completed our consultation, feel free to pop in your ear buds, or one of the provided ear plugs and zone out. Watch some Netflix, read on your mobile device, or catch up on work emails. Whatever you would like to do. We are happy to let you be and will only both you if we need you for quick questions or a hair wash. Silent appointments do not guarantee the other guests or stylists wont be talking to each other, but they just give you the freedom not to feel like you need to entertain your stylist with small talk.
